Terms governing purchases from yhunseli.com.
The seller and your order
yhunseli™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Yizhenlun Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.. By ordering, you confirm you can enter a binding purchase agreement and are authorized to use the selected payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; order acceptance is confirmed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch.
Products and descriptions
Read each product description, dimensions, materials, included components, and warnings before purchasing. Dimensions marked approximate are guides. Screen settings and natural wood grain can affect appearance, but products must still match their material description. Props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly stated.
Safe and intended use
Our manual tools are for the gardening tasks stated on their individual pages. Follow all instructions and warnings. Keep sharp or pointed tools away from children and pets. Do not force tools into unsuitable materials, use cutting tools on wire, or treat watering cans as drinking vessels. Safety guidance does not limit your rights concerning defective goods.
Prices, taxes, and payment
The currency, prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and final order total are shown before payment. Available methods are displayed at checkout. Orders depend on successful authorization and any reasonable security verification.
Availability and genuine errors
We may contact you about stock shortages, genuine listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal restrictions. If an accepted or paid order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will explain available options and refund any canceled items. We will not substitute a materially different product or impose a higher price without your agreement.
Processing and delivery
Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, with up to 5 business days during peak periods. Standard transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us for instructions before returning items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Cancellations and product issues
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or dispatch. No cancellation fee is charged for a successful pre-fulfillment cancellation. For damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective products, contact us with order details so we can assess a suitable remedy.
Promotions
A promotion may have its own eligibility, expiry, stock, or quantity conditions. These conditions will be shown with the offer and apply alongside these purchase terms.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We remain responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. We will assess complaints fairly and discuss an appropriate resolution.
